POST OF DEPOT CUM LOGISTICS MANAGER

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hindi & Marathi preferably.
  • Thorough understanding of finance for Stock Management
  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers and Transport/Logistic companies
  • Coordinate and Monitor the Receipt, Order,Assembly and Dispatch of goods
  • Handling loading & unloading of goods at theDepot.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the Warehouse contributes to these.
  • Coordinate the use of Automated and Computer isedsystems where necessary.
  • Respond to and deal with customer communication by Email and Telephone
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurately update in the MARG Software.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on adaily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Brief Management on daily basis regarding the activities/actions at the Depot.
  • Ensuring that the stocks are stored safely.
  • Preparing Bills in MARG pertaining to Orders received or dispatched locally to Distributors/Stockists.
  • Excellent negotiations skills pertaining to any requirements of the depot.
  • Knowledge of Logistics/Transportation/Courier facility.
  • Petty Cash handling for small payments made at the Depot.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Technical and IT skills particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets, letter & email drafting
  • .
  • General Administration, overlooking the housekeeping & maintenance activities, vendor management.
  • Managing the housekeeping-cum-delivery boy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Presently working in similiar capacity i.e. as Depot Executive with any leading Pharma Company.
  • Candidate must be minimum D.Pharm or B.Pharm.
  • Who has worked as a Depot Executive handling the Depot for Retailer or Distributor
  • Experience: 2 - 5+ years
  • Location: Waliv, Dhumal Nagar, Vasai (E)
  • Salary: 2.50 lakhs - 3 lakhs p.a depending on the domain experience
  • Male candidate only as it will also involve outdoor work at times like meeting Vendors or Transporters or Stockists as and when required.

POST OF EXPORT MANAGER

  • Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
  • Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Actively prospect for potential new clients and convert leads into increased business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Review and address objections in agreements, working through differences to achieve mutual benefits for both clients and the company

  • Product Presentation:

  • Preferred Candidate should be Country Manager or Similar International Experience.in Semi-Regulated Market.

  • Reviewing Artworks and Labels.
  • Co-ordinating with Factory for Documents.
  • Preparation of Normative Document of Registered productsin CIS markets.Preparation of Excel sheet of Regulatory status.
  • Response to Queries.
  • Filing of Documents / Dossier.
  • Preparation of DMF.
  • Co-ordinating with respective person for Tender Documents.
  • Filing of NDA (New Drug Application) & MAA (Marketing Authorisation Application).
